How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is a Google Play subscription. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Pick Ring Timer and tap Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Something does not work. How do I get help?
Send an email to the address below. Include your phone model and Android version, and what you did before the problem appeared.
Where is my workout data, and how do I delete it?
Your presets, workout history and settings are stored only on your phone. Delete them in the app, or uninstall Ring Timer to remove all of it. The Android app does not use Android cloud backup, so a new phone starts empty.
